This is a full time, permanent position commencing ASAP.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial & Residential Valuation Surveyor in our busy team based in Yeovil & Taunton.
The role would suit a driven, qualified surveyor with at least two years PQE, who has a can-do attitude and a proven track record. It is a demanding but rewarding role, which will involve a wide range of work across the commercial and residential sectors covering a wide variety of town and rural properties. Applicants with just commercial valuation experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Exceptional communication skills
* MRICS with minimum 2 years PQE
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to use own initiative
* Ability to seek and win business and develop contacts
* Clean driving licence and own car
This will suit a dynamic forward-thinking individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to embark upon a new and interesting role, with potential for career progression.
