We have an exciting opportunity for an Overhead Invoice Supervisor to join our team in Head Office - Llangefni. Responsibilities
* Supervising and participating in a team of overhead invoice administrators – ensuring timely and accurate processing of all overhead invoices
* Allocation of costs across brands and branches to ensure accurate management information
* Reconciling supplier accounts and investigating and resolving supplier queries
* Processing payments to suppliers and other payees
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts records and spreadsheets
* Supporting Accounts Payable where necessary, including with supplier payment runs
* Supporting the wider Finance Team and the operations of the business
* Supporting the training and coaching of colleagues to promote continuous development
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm and a desire to learn, along with:
* Experience in a similar accounts payable or processing role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* An ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
* A keen eye for detail, with accurate and timely data entry skills
* IT literacy
* Good organisation and prioritisation skills
* Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative
