The role
To lead CUBE's corporate and leadership communications strengthening how we show up as a brand, as a team, and as individuals. The Senior Communications Manager will drive CUBE's reputation, oversee media engagement, and deliver sharp, human storytelling across channels. This is a full time office role, based in our London HQ.
Responsibilities:
* Work with senior leadership team to drive, own and execute CUBE's corporate reputation across social media platforms.
* Create and track KPI's that track CUBE's reputational performance across all channels including Linkedin.
* Work with management to drive growth of CUBE's press office function, coordinating with external advisors and agencies on media strategy, drafting press releases and statements, and maintaining a media calendar with materials (press packs, FAQs, briefing notes).
* Lead on internal communications including company announcements via email and teams.
* Develop and maintain a consistent, clear tone of voice across communications, ensuring alignment in posts, announcements, and other content.
* Support analyst relations through briefings, messaging and content delivery,
while building relationships across RegTech, risk and compliance communities
to enhance visibility and credibility.
What we're looking for:
* 5 – 8 years' experience in communications, public relations or brand storytelling within B2B tech, SaaS or financial services.
* Strong background in social media management and content creation
* Proven ability to manage press office activity, media queries and agency relationships.
* Excellent writing and editing skills with sound judgment and attention to tone.
* Confident advising senior stakeholders and simplifying complex ideas into clear, credible narratives.
* Experience supporting events and awards
* Collaborative, proactive and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
