Are you an ambitious sales professional with a background in beauty or aesthetic device sales ? We’re recruiting on behalf of a market-leading distributor of cutting-edge medical and aesthetic technologies, offering a portfolio of innovative devices and consumables used by clinics, private practices and salons across the South of England region.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth of device sales across the South, building new business pipeline with clinics, dermatologists, cosmetic practitioners and salon owners, whilst managing key accounts and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the customer base across the Region
Sell a portfolio of medical-grade aesthetic devices and consumables
Conduct in-clinic demonstrations and product training
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support
Maintain strong relationships with clinicians, clinic owners, and decision-makers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in beauty, skincare or aesthetic device sales (capital equipment)
Strong knowledge of the aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine market
Skilled in both new business development and account management
Confident in delivering technical product demonstrations and basic clinical education
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel within territory
