My client, a magnificent 28 room, 4-star, full-service Hotel, Restaurant & Bar, with the best food for many miles around, is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join its team.
Located on the west coast of Wales the hotel is at the gateway to Snowdonia and Llyn. With 1,000 square miles of world-class scenery including Mount Snowdon. Independently managed and under new ownership since June 2019, the hotel is renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff at its heart.
The salary is up to £30K depending on experience, including tips and service charge.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie ideally would be passionate about their work ideally with experience in a similar venue and with a desire to becoming a Sous Chef.
