This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven sales professional to join a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in supporting business growth through customer engagement, account management, and sales support activities.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, handling inbound and outbound sales activity, and supporting the wider sales function to maximise customer retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and maintaining regular contact with clients
2. Identifying opportunities to increase sales, product uptake, and customer engagement
3. Managing inbound enquiries and qualifying opportunities before adding them to the CRM pipeline
4. Preparing and managing quotations, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to maximise conversion
5. Supporting with basic estimates and managing house account quotations where required
6. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates, product information, and support
