About the role…
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a memorable 5-star dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the business performance of the Brasserie and Bars
* Analyzing and planning sales levels and profitability
* Organizing marketing activities, promotional events, and offers
* Preparing reports on staff, food, and sales at the end of shifts/weeks
* Developing plans for sales, profit, and staff growth
* Setting budgets in collaboration with senior management
* Coordinating menus with the head chef
* Overseeing operations to ensure kitchen, bar, and service staff work cohesively
* Recruiting, training, and motivating staff
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints
* Greeting customers, managing reservations, and advising on menus and wines
* Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
* Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
* Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and legal requirements
* Fostering a positive team environment and celebrating successes
Is this you?
We seek individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, and are passionate about luxury retail and food. The ideal candidate will:
* Have prior experience managing high-end bars and restaurants
* Possess excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
* Have a strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry
* Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
