Your role:
As a growing but small company, you will have an input into the company directly and expansion, bring on new clients and help with recruitment.
Key Tasks:
●Assist with company growth and marketing plans
●Staff management/cover in the absence of team
●Bring on new clients and drive brand awareness (no cold calling ethos)
●Candidate registrations, attraction and education
●Assisting with the marketing and administration of roles
●Providing a 360-degree service
●Updating CRM systems and mailing candidates/clients
●Becoming an integral part of the development of the business with career flexibility.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
●Prior recruitment experience within the Marketing, Financial Services or Business support sectors.
●Integrity
●A great attitude
●Ability to talk to people from different backgrounds and positions
●A good knowledge of ICT
●Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build a rapport and build relationships with customers
●Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills
●To be self-motivated and enthusiastic in your approach
●To have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm - 35 hours per week, although we work a flexible structure with home working.
Office location is in Hethersett, Norfolk with free on-site parking.
