They need an organised, proactive Senior Clinic Coordinator to manage clinic operations and act as the key link between hospitals, Consultants, and our clinical teams. You’ll play a central role in ensuring their insourcing services meet the highest standards for patients and partners.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with hospitals to confirm staffing and schedules.
* Coordinate clinical staff travel and availability.
* Support contracts and service changes with operational and governance teams.
* Handle clinic admin – booking patients, sending confirmations, processing test results.
* Monitor outcomes and arrange follow-up where required.
* Lead and support other clinic coordinators, driving service improvements.
You will need to have:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* High level problem-solving skills.
* Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
* Attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines.
* Resilience and a solutions-focused approach.
* Willingness to travel and occasionally work out of hours.
Desirable: PRINCE2 or similar, and/or healthcare experience.
