Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and dishes
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is essential
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Proven track record in team management and supervising staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
