If you want your voice heard, your expertise respected, and a chance to work on projects you can be proud of this is the Leading and delivering building surveying services across a diverse range of projects, from heritage and retrofit schemes to commercial refurbishments The Person: Working closely with project managers, cost consultants, designers, and sustainability specialists to deliver integrated outcome Carrying out condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, feasibility studies, and advising clients on solutions that prioritise sustainability and value Acting as the key point of contact for clients, providing clear advice and building strong, trusted relationship Supporting and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high technical standards and quality across all work Staying up to date with legislation, health & safety requirements, and building regulations, with a focus on driving best practice and innovative solutions You’ll bring: Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally at Senior or Associate level MRICS (or working towards) with strong technical knowledge A track record of delivering projects across multiple sectors (url removed)
