Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Planner to join their team on a contract basis. This role will involve working remotely and is suitable for both full-time and part-time candidates. The successful candidate will play a critical role in updating the workload planner for the Engineering Service and providing training to others in the use of Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities:
Updating and managing the workload planner for the highway projects
Designing, developing, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6
Providing training and support to team members on the effective use of Primavera P6
Ensuring all project schedules are accurate and up to date
Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to assess project status and deliverables
Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner
Producing detailed reports and analyses of project schedules and progress
Job Requirements:
Advanced expertise in Primavera P6
Strong understanding of highway engineering principles
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Effective communication and training skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Job Details:
Contract duration: At least one year
Working hours: 37 hours per week, with part-time options at 22.2 hours per week
Planned start date: 1st April 2026
Remote working
The ability to travel to Hampshire if neccessary
