Criminal Duty Solicitor

(HRA)

Are you a driven Criminal Duty Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience who thrives in the courtroom and is passionate about defending client interests?

Key Responsibilities

* Representing clients at police stations and Magistrates’ Courts as Duty Solicitor
* Conducting advocacy in Crown Court proceedings using HRA qualification
* Managing a dynamic and varied caseload
* Preparing case files, drafting legal submissions, reviewing evidence
* Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional standards
* Acting as a proactive member of the team and contributing to strategic case progression


What We’re Looking For

1. Qualified Solicitor with Duty Status
2. Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal) desired
