Overview
Hounslow PCNs are seeking a first‑contact paramedic to join the Great West Road PCN and collaborate with the PCN Lead Paramedic and other paramedics across Hounslow. The role offers a solid grounding in Primary Care and the opportunity to work within multi‑disciplinary teams across the five local PCNs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide patient care in the community, visiting patients at home.
* Work in partnership with the PCN Lead Paramedic and the wider Hounslow Health PCN, including ARRS roles.
* Participate in service improvement, implementing local initiatives under the guidance of clinical leads.
* Contribute to the day‑to‑day operations of the PCN and deliver high‑quality patient care.
* Travel to patients’ homes, PCN practices and other local sites (access to your own transport required).
Qualifications & Requirements
Access to personal transport for patient visits and travel within Hounslow is mandatory.
