We are excited to share that Net Church is currently looking to fill a new role on our team! We’re prayerfully seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Manager who feels called to serve and help further the mission of our church. This is a key leadership role that supports the daily functions of our ministry and helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a 30 hour post but we would consider full time hours for the right candidate.
About the Role:
The Operations Manager will oversee the church’s administrative, building, and logistical operations. This includes managing office systems, coordinating schedules and volunteers, supporting ministry teams, and ensuring the efficient stewardship of church resources as well as overseeing Sunday services.
Has strong organisational and administrative skills
Communicates clearly and works well with staff, volunteers, and leadership
Is detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Is hard working and passionate about church
Is aligned with the mission and values of Net Church
Ideally is a car driver
