Business Development Advisor
Brandesburton | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)
£25,454 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£30,000 - £33,000+ OTE)
We’re currently recruiting for a Business Development Advisor to join a well-established and growing business within a fast paced commercial environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with previous telesales, lead generation or business development experience looking to join a supportive team with strong earning potential, genuine stability and long term progression opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Advisor:
* Proactively contacting prospective businesses via phone and email
* Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
* Managing and updating leads through the CRM system
* Researching target sectors and identifying growth opportunities
* Working closely with the marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns
* Building strong relationships with prospective clients
* Handling inbound enquiries and following up effectively
* Supporting wider business growth initiatives and campaigns
Requirements Business Development Advisor:
* Previous experience within telesales, sales or lead generation
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Comfortable working in a proactive outbound sales environment
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Self motivated with a driven attitude
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
