Hire Desk Controller – Plant Hire Industry

£26,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming hire requests, managing on-hire and off-hire processes from initial customer enquiry through to final invoicing.
2. Coordinate between customers, transport, sales, and workshop teams to ensure a seamless hire process.
3. Maintain accurate equipment availability records and hire contracts within internal systems.
4. Build strong working relationships with key account customers, acting as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact.
