Our client is a global corporate and investment bank heavily investing in their M&A team in the UK to cover EMEA.
This role focuses on Digital Infrastructure M&A sector, both directly with Corporations and the Financial Sponsor community. Successful candidates must have experience in Origination within the TMT and Digital space.
We are open to Digital Corporate Finance professionals with expereince in M&A, Corporate Development or wider Investment Banking.
They would consider senior VP or Director level.
