Panel Beater Required for a Accident Repair Centre in Ludlow
We are recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Ludlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional committed to delivering high-quality repairs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Up to £19.50 per hour plus Time Saved Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (Flexible Working Hours to enhance work-life balance)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Continuous employment within a busy accident repair centreKey Duties of the Panel Beater:
Conduct high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
Assess damage and determine appropriate repair techniques
Remove, repair, and replace panels to restore vehicle integrity
Realign chassis and bodywork in accordance with manufacturer standards
Utilise welding and panel beating techniques as necessary
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maximise bonus opportunities
Maintain high safety and industry standards
Keep work area clean and organisedRequirements:
Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
Strong knowledge of repair techniques and body alignment procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and focus on quality
Motivated to work efficiently and maximise earnings through bonus potential
