Role Responsibility KCC’s in-house legal team is an innovative and ambitious legal service which has recently expanded, and we are looking for an enthusiastic lawyer, who is committed to supporting our clients, to join our Public Law and Litigation Team. The successful candidate(s) will undertake a caseload of public law and litigation matters which may include Judicial Reviews, discrimination claims, Human Rights Act claims, money claims, and debt recovery, providing prompt, clear and accurate advice. You will also commission external advice where appropriate to assist in the delivery of the Council’s services and priorities. The successful candidate(s) will have previous experience in public law and litigation and will be passionate about teamwork.
