Income Recovery Administrator -£27,663 pa Hybrid - 3 days onsite Working hours: 9am till 5pm Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making a difference in the housing sector? Join Hightown Housing Association as an Income Recovery Administrator! In this dynamic role, you'll provide vital support to our Income Recovery Team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with tenants. If you have strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you! What You Will Be Doing: Provide administrative support to the Income Recovery Team. Handle rent account enquiries and communicate with tenants behind on payments. Monitor and record tenant and Housing Benefit payments. Run and monitor rent account reports. Conduct pre-calls to housing applicants for initial rent payments. Lead recovery of former tenant arrears and recharges. Process rent refunds and balance transfers. Manage arrears for garage and parking licence fees. Liaise with Housing Benefit departments for claim information. Support Income Recovery Officers in monitoring rent accounts. Stay updated on welfare benefits and signpost tenants. Receive and process telephone payments. Set up and amend direct debits. Assist team members and cover Reception duties as needed.General Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and handle written communications. Comply with Data Protection Act and stay informed on relevant legislation. Attend team meetings and participate in job description reviews. Adhere to Hightown’s policies and procedures.
