What you’ll contribute
1. Create Lessons that Last: Lead with a tailored learning approach using our smart learning tool - Compass - to empower members and help them progress.
2. Create Lasting Relationships: Build strong relationships with children in small group sessions (ratio 16:1) and inspire them to be fearless learners.
3. Create Change: Support children through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE prep, celebrating their achievements.

7. Contracted hours: at least 6 hours/week over 2 days, with start times between 3:30 pm and 4 pm on weekdays.
Hourly Rate
* Under 18: £8-£9
* 18-20: £10.05-£11.05
* 21+: £12.25-£13.25
Additional pay: +50p/hour inside M25. Pay increases with experience and hours tutored.
Requirements
* Achieved grade 6 or above in Maths & English GCSE or equivalent (predicted grades accepted if results are within 3 months).
* Age 16+ and eligible to work in the UK.
Note: Hiring is on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will undergo reference checks and DBS/PVG checks. Role exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
