1. Minimum Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4 qualification
2. Bookkeeping Qualification Essential
3. 3-4 years Senior Bookkeeping experience
4. Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
5. Experience on various accounting packages and MS Office (Excel advanced)
Key Duties:
6. Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet
7. Full Function Debtors and Creditors
8. SARS Returns - Completion of forms, submission to SARS
9. VAT, PAYE, UIF and SDL - Completion of forms, reconciliations and filing of proof of payments
10. Cashbook reconciliation
11. Petty cash reconciliations and capturing
12. Cash flow analysis
13. Drafting of general ledger
14. Salaries – Compiling information, processing in payroll and loading of payments
15. Preparing management reports
16. Preparing journals
17. Process payments and receipts
18. Reconcile Bank Statements
19. Preparing age analysis
