Fulfilment Supervisor - Permanent Position
Location: Sevenoaks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, a respected and growing organisation based in Sevenoaks, is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Supervisor to lead their busy operations team. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to take ownership of high-quality fulfilment services, oversee a small team of both permanent and temporary staff, and play a key role in supporting the company's ongoing growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of both internal and client fulfilment projects. This will involve managing processes end-to-end, implementing best practice procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and your team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective processes, liaising closely with account management teams and clients
* Keep up to date with Royal Mail and courier regulations, requirements, and tariffs
* Oversee accurate data management, including mail merges
* Manage and monitor third-party fulfilment houses and suppliers
* Maintain robust quality control measures to ensure exceptional service levels
* Produce management reports and track performance metrics
* Handle account management duties, including job pricing, quoting, and invoicing
Skills & Experience Required
* At least two years' experience in fulfilment or logistics management
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and supplier relationships
* Strong data management and reporting abilities
* Confident in overseeing pricing, quoting, and invoicing processes
* Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Flexible, proactive approach and a strong team ethic
