Purchasing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead and develop our procurement function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring reliable product supply, and driving cost-effective purchasing strategies that support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the purchasing team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
* Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencySupport new product launches through effective sourcing
* Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and management teams
Requirements
* Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement management role
* Background in electronics and manufacturing
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Experience with international sourcing and supply chains
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to drive improvements in purchasing processes and performance
