Following internal movement and continued growth, the business is looking to engage with an experienced IFA Administrator to support three advisers within a pod structure. The role involves providing administrative support to advisers and paraplanners, helping to ensure the smooth running of client relationships and internal processes. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating client records using Intelligent Office (IO), processing new business, preparing and managing client documentation, and liaising with clients and product providers. The position also includes assisting with reporting and general office administration.
