This role is perfect for those who are eager to make a significant impact on the educational experiences of students. This is an opportunity to gain/expand experience working with students with SEN.
Teaching Assistant Duties:
* Guide students through their learning plans, with guidance from the teacher.
* Create a supportive and inclusive environment within the classroom.
* Collaborate with teachers to organise work and classroom activities.
* Track student progress and celebrate their achievements.
* Provide one-to-one support and/or a small group of students.
