Responsibilities
* Booking and tracking transport and courier collections
* Handling export documentation and delivery notes
* Ensuring accurate photographic dispatch records
* Updating ERP systems and internal spreadsheets
* Liaising with transport companies and internal departments
* Ensuring compliance with shipping and packaging documentation
* Providing cover for logistics coordination when needed
* Producing ad hoc reports and supporting the European Logistics Manager
Qualifications
* 1 year logistics experience
* Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with precision
* Communicative, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise across departments
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Eager to learn, especially ERP systems and warehousing modules
