⭐ The Role ⭐
We’re looking for someone ready to take the next step in their IT career - Either a strong 1st Line Engineer ready to take the next step in their career or an experienced 2nd Line Engineer who has a passion for mentoring others.
You'll be working in a super varied role, dealing with tickets, documentation, process improvements and project work.
Another key area will be mentoring a junior so if this is an area of the role you enjoy then this could be perfect!
Key Responsibilities
☑️ Provide 2nd line technical support to a wide variety of customers
☑️ Mentor and support, guiding on ticket handling, troubleshooting and process understanding
☑️ Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles and process guides
☑️ Work with the team on remediation projects and compliance improvements for clients
☑️ Assist in onboarding new customers and getting involved in project delivery
☑️Contribute to the business’s continuous improvement as it transitions from JIRA to Halo
Tech Environment
💻 Core: Microsoft 365 (must know it inside out)
👩 💻 Operating Systems: Windows 11 (some macOS support, but minimal)
⚒️ Tools: Halo PSA (transitioning from JIRA)
