Project Coordinator (Civil Construction | Water Treatment Site)
site in the Den Haag area.
This role focuses on civil and structural works such as concrete, foundations, site works, and coordination of contractors — not process or water treatment engineering .
You will work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure that construction activities are delivered safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate civil construction activities on an active water treatment site
* Support the Project Manager with planning, progress tracking, and reporting
* Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors
* Monitor execution of civil works (concrete, foundations, structural works)
* Support site documentation, permits, and technical records
* Assist with HSE and quality compliance
* Participate in site meetings and coordination sessions
* Identify risks or delays and support corrective actions
Required Experience & Skills
* Experience in civil or building construction projects
* Familiarity with construction sites and contractor coordination
* Experience on infrastructure or utility-related sites is a strong advantage
* Structured, hands-on, and well-organised working style
* Able to work independently in a part-time role
Language Requirements
* Fluent Dutch (essential)
* Good working level of English
Nice to Have
* Experience on water treatment or utility sites (civil scope only)
* Knowledge of construction safety (VCA)
* Experience supporting public or infrastructure projects
