About the role: Please note this role is UK-based, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations. This role is focused on execution: placing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, managing import/export paperwork, and troubleshooting daily issues with 3PL partners. You’ll be the first point of contact for 3PL escalations and will work closely with Customer Service to ensure any delivery or order issues are resolved quickly. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll also work closely with the Supply & Logistics Lead, supporting on improvement projects and gaining exposure to supplier and logistics management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their operations career to gain hands-on experience across procurement, logistics, and supplier management in a fast-growing D2C business. Responsibilities Coordinate with suppliers on delivery confirmations and resolve daily operational issues. Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage import/export paperwork and compliance for shipments. Maintain accurate records of supplier lead times, commitments, and performance. Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day 3PL troubleshooting (e.g. delays, damages, order discrepancies). Support Customer Service with logistics-related requests and escalations. Monitor delivery timelines and stock availability, escalating risks of stockouts or delays. Assist in courier and freight process management. Support the Supply & Logistics Lead on supplier and logistics improvement projects (beyond cost savings, including service and process improvements). Provide reporting and data inputs for supplier and 3PL performance tracking. Assist in preparing materials for supplier and 3PL quarterly business reviews. Contribute to process improvements to enhance execution reliability and efficiency. What about you? You will be a good fit if you: Have prior experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics. Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Are comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication skills for supplier and 3PL liaison. Basic knowledge of import/export processes is preferred. Are a problem-solver who takes ownership of issues and drives resolution. Have an analytical mindset with basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting. Have a strong interest in developing a career in supply chain and logistics. Experience in a startup, D2C, or consumer product company is a plus but not essential.
