About the Role
Support the Safety, Fleet and Facilities team by providing high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with Fleet and Facilities Management, including travel arrangements.
* Schedule compliance tasks for remote properties.
* Collaborate with Divisional representatives and the Finance team for cost allocation.
* Ensure all ALPA sites comply with relevant legislation.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain relationships with site/store Managers.
* Handle expense reconciliations, purchase orders, and invoices.
* Keep employee records and permit applications.
About You
* Experience in schedule coordination.
* Ability to coordinate remote contractors.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* High accuracy in completing compliance tasks.
* Knowledge of procurement processes.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
