The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer's Role

The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgaging.
* Ability or interest in handling commercial property transactions.
* Strong knowledge of property law and compliance.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
* Licensed as a solicitor in England and Wales, with relevant industry qualifications.
