Vertu BMW Exeter is looking for an experienced and driven Used car Sales Executive to join our high‑performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a globally recognised premium brand while building a rewarding and successful career in automotive sales. We offer a basic salary of £22,000, an uncapped commission structure with realistic on‑target earnings of £43,000 and the opportunity to exceed this.
We understand the importance of work‑life balance. This role offers a 40‑hour working week across five days, including most Saturdays – our busiest and most rewarding day. You’ll enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week, and with the dealership closed on Sundays, you can rely on a consistent day to switch off and recharge.
As part of our team, you will deliver a premium, customer‑focused experience from initial enquiry through to handover. You’ll support customers throughout their journey, providing expert guidance, building strong relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and prestige of the BMW brand. With a structured onboarding programme and ongoing training, we will equip you with everything you need to succeed and maximise your earning potential.

What we’re looking for:
* Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota
* A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
