Entry-level role in well-established research company working in education, publishing,sustainabilityand health Th is role provides a great opportunity to get involved in every aspect of a wide variety of research projects, from set up through to end deliverable s. This will provid e you with a breadth of experience, allow ing you to understand what youre most interested in. Key responsibilities: Recruiting respondents across our research projects. Conducting interviews. Setting up and assisting with focus groups. Desk research. Building and testing eSurveys using SNAP survey software. Getting involved in data processing and analysis,using software such as CoLoop, Atlas.ti and Q. Involvement in analysis and reporting meetings, letting us know what youve found. Creating presentations. Project management and administration. Editing research outputs such as reports and research tools. As part of our research team, youll play a crucial role in the daily running of projects. The work is project-base d, fast - paced and dynamic. B ut we wont throw you in at the deep end. What we're looking for The ideal candidate would have: Afirst degree, a masters, relevant graduate apprenticeship or similar qualification. Organisational skills and an ability to multi-task. Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Aprofessional and friendly manner. Adesire to learn new skills. GCSEs or equivalent in maths and English. High standards and strong attention to detail. The ability to work independently or in a team. You may not have worked in a research role yet, but you'llprobably have enjoyed the research elements of your prior education and have an interest in at least one of our keysectors: education, publishing, sustainability or health. Flexible working You would be contracted to work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. W e currently use a hybrid work model, with all members of the team able to work both in the office and at home. We would ask you to work 3 days a week in our office to give you an opportunity to get embedded in the team and have more personalised training until the end of your probation period. A fter this, you will be required to work 2 days a week in the office though you can work more days in the office if you wish. Working hours are flexible around the core hours of 10-12 and 2-4.
