We support people with additional support needs in their own flats located within the same building, as well as in 2 homes locally in the community, all within walking distance.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering personal care and supporting individuals in their daily activities. The successful candidates will possess a friendly and positive nature, essential for building meaningful relationships with the people we support and their families.
While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals committed to providing person-centered care and making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
Key Requirements:
* Ability to work evenings and weekends where required.
* Ability to deliver personal care and support individuals with complex health and social care needs.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with people we support and their families.
* Basic IT skills (required for all Quarriers vacancies).
* Successful candidates will need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of their start date, where applicable.
