Are you a proactive, hands-on HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist looking to join a global business in the UK?
Our client is a global provider of solar energy solutions, specializing in the design and construction of turnkey photovoltaic projects. You’ll be responsible for both recruitment and HR administration, supporting local operations and working closely with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner in Germany.
Your Role
1. Shape the recruitment processes, deliver a strong candidate experience, and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations in a dynamic, international environment.
2. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
3. Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
4. Oversee sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
5. Prepare employment offers, contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in line with company policies and UK regulations.
