About the Role
As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will:
* Deliver care tailored to each client's individual needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
* Provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and light household tasks.
* Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients maintain their independence at home.
* Use your own vehicle to travel between clients' homes.
What You Need
To join our team, you must:
* Live in Watford or the surrounding area.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own car.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
