We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the team at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. As a valued member of the maintenance team, you will support the smooth operation of the hotel by assisting in the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for all guests. The Duties of Our Maintenance Assistant Include: Supporting the maintenance team in performing regular checks and routine maintenance across the property. Assisting with minor repairs, equipment servicing, and responding to maintenance requests promptly. Helping to maintain a safe and efficient environment in line with health and safety standards. Cooperating with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure operational excellence. Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues to the Maintenance Manager. Keeping accurate logs of maintenance tasks and completed repairs. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems is beneficial. A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
