They are known for innovation, flexible working, and creating places that leave a lasting positive impact.This role, is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-profile preconstruction projects across the South West, managing bids ranging from £15m - £75m across Education, Health, Defence, Blue Light and Commercial Sectors.The RoleWorking closely with the Preconstruction Manager, you'll help lead the bid process from initial engagement through to submission, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, competitive tenders on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting and coordinating internal and external bid teams including estimators, design, planning and supply chain partnersAssisting in the development of commercial and bid strategiesBuilding strong client relationships and managing customer expectations throughout the tender processMonitoring progress, identifying risks and driving solutions proactivelySupporting sustainability and innovation initiatives within bidsLeading workshops and gathering key project insights to help shape winning submissionsMaintaining a collaborative "one team" approach to ensure smooth transition into delivery teamsWhat We're Looking ForWe're keen to hear from candidates with experience in construction, preconstruction or project delivery roles such as Assistant Site Managers, Assistant Design Managers, Assistant Quantity Surveyors, Assistant Planners or Estimators.You'll ideally have:Experience working on construction projects within the built environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness and problem-solving abilityA collaborative mindset with the confidence to coordinate teams and manage prioritiesA passion for delivering quality outcomes and innovative solutions for clientsYou will be joining an Award-winning employer and sustainability leader, with an inclusive, people-focused culture, with clear career progression opportunities available.
