Senior Associate – Residential Development | Nottingham | £50,000–£100,000

The Role
* Work with my client on major land acquisitions and large-scale development projects across England and Wales
* Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements between developers
* Manage disposals of serviced land parcels to developers and Housing Associations
* Advise on funding structures, strategic land options and regeneration matters
* Operate within one of the UK’s largest residential development teams (200+ specialists)
* Support developments involving up to 6,500 new homes
* Collaborate with litigation, planning and construction experts for full-service delivery
* Rely on a dedicated plot-sales team to remain focused on acquisition and development work
You
* A Senior Associate with strong experience in real estate development
* Experience with housebuilder clients is advantageous, though my client welcomes commercial development lawyers looking to specialise
* Passionate about land acquisition and residential development
* Ambitious and motivated by long-term progression
* Keen to develop both technical expertise and wider commercial or leadership skills
