About the Role
As a Workforce Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding process. You will:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates

Support the coordination of workforce requirements across multiple projects
*
Attend site visits to meet our workforce and strengthen relationships with Candidates and Clients alike
*
Manage candidate onboarding, including compliance checks, documentation, and inductions
*
Carry out candidate vetting and right-to-work checks in line with legislation and company standards
*
Act as a key point of contact for candidate and client queries
*
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
*
Support the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks
About You
To succeed as a Workforce Coordinator, you will:
