The Role
We're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who will take ownership of how our brand shows up across every channel. This is a key role in shaping market perception, building brand equity, and ensuring consistency across retail, digital, and communications activity. Reporting into the leadership team, this individual will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to wider commercial objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Brand Strategy & Direction
* Define and evolve the brand positioning, ensuring it supports long-term growth goals.
* Translate brand insights into strategic actions that improve awareness and market share.
* Provide senior leadership with regular updates on brand performance and recommendations.
Team & Collaboration
* Manage and develop a direct report, ensuring clarity of objectives and opportunities for progression.
* Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
* Contribute to senior-level discussions, supporting decisions with brand-led insights.
Campaigns, Content & Storytelling
* Build a brand calendar that balances planned campaigns with agile opportunities.
* Oversee the development of creative assets across digital, retail, and trade channels.
* Commission and collaborate with external agencies and creative partners when required.
Social & Digital Presence
* Drive organic growth and engagement across key social platforms.
* Identify new digital opportunities to strengthen reach and relevance.
* Set clear objectives and report on social performance against agreed KPIs.
PR & External Communications
* Lead PR activity to secure meaningful coverage in relevant outlets.
* Develop media and influencer relationships to extend brand visibility.
* Prepare leadership team for thought-leadership opportunities, events, and press interviews.
Retail & Partner Marketing
* Ensure retail channels are supported with strong in-store and digital assets.
* Develop toolkits and campaign materials to support partner activations.
* Maintain consistent brand execution across all customer-facing environments.
Innovation & Growth Initiatives
* Explore new marketing approaches, partnerships, and platforms.
* Test and evaluate pilot projects before scaling.
* Monitor cultural, category, and digital trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Insights & Measurement
* Track brand health through analytics, market data, and competitor benchmarking.
* Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and brand execution.
* Deliver clear reporting to senior leadership on ROI and impact of brand-led initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Background in brand management or marketing within FMCG, consumer goods, or lifestyle sectors.
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence presenting at senior level.
* Proven track record in building brand visibility and delivering growth.
* Experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
* Creative, hands-on, and able to balance strategy with execution.
