Doors Engineer Job Overview
Service, repairs and installation of different types of automatic doors, gates and barriers, provides technical expertise and quality customer service.
Attend sites across the central belt of Scotland.
Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting and corrective actions across a variety of sites
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Participate in a standby rota to provide emergency call-out support as needed
Stay up to date with technical developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Work independently or as part of a team across commercial and residential properties
Represent the company professionally on-site, fostering strong customer relationships through reliable and efficient service
Doors Engineer Job Requirements
Experience of working with automatic doors, gates and barriers
Strong customer skills
Excellent health and safety knowledge
Good written and spoken English
Commutable distance of the Central Belt
Doors Engineer Salary & Benefits
£35,000-£38,000 salary dependant on experience
Basic 37-hour week
