Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. Develop and review labeling of Food / FMCG products to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations in Hong Kong
2. Work closely with merchandising team / supplier on the labeling details
3. Update local and overseas food and label regulation
4. Follow up the quality and labeling issues
5. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
1. Degree or above in Nutritional Chemistry/ Food Science or related disciplines
2. 2 years’ relevant experience in food/retail / FMCG industry
3. Good knowledge of food labeling
4. Detail-minded, Team-player, Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
5. Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word processing, knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
