Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading,exponentially growing and innovative suppliers in the recruitment of a Stand-Alone HR Advisor to provide specialist HR Support to the organisation's 60 employees (varies dependent upon season) in their headquarters based in Belfast.

What will you do as the HR Advisor?
As the organisation's Stand-Alone HR Advisor, you will report into the organisation's COO and liaise with company directors to provide HR Support all employees. Duties will include;
1. Manage the newly implemented HR System to update employee records, upload probation reviews and sickness absence paperwork.
2. Liaise with the financial controller to complete payroll administration ie. notifying the department of new starters, leavers and changes in salary increments.
3. Revise existing company policies and procedures to comply with current changes in employment legislation
4. Manage the full recruitment process ie. creating job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and acting as an interview panel member when required
5. Identify training opportunities and schedule training ie. liaise with management and external training providers for manual handling training.
6. Take ownership of the company's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility
7. Advise management on employee relations matters when required

What will you require as the HR Advisor?
16. Obtained a CIPD Qualification or Human Resources Degree
17. Experienced in utilising HR Systems, recruitment and organising training
18. Skilled in advising on employee relations cases and revising HR Policies and Procedures
19. Proficient in conducting inductions and completing payroll administration
