Tasks and responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects
* Undertaking building surveys and site inspections.
* Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, dilapidation and PPM schedules.
* Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects
* Delivery of contract administration and project management services
* Working with external clients and consultant teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
* Capable report and specification writing skills
