About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our committed teaching team in Slough. The successful candidate will work with pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Speech and Language Difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You will play a key role in creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that enables every learner to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities Include:
* Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Setting clear learning objectives and using a range of teaching strategies to engage and support pupils.
* Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and the SENCO to ensure effective support and intervention.
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, keeping accurate records, and reporting regularly to parents and carers.
* Contributing to the wider life of the school and maintaining a positive, safe learning environment.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with experience teaching pupils with SEN (experience within an SEN or mainstream setting will be considered).
* Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting all learners.
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with strong behaviour management skills.
* Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
