Talent Administrator/Assistant
to join them
immediately
on a contract basis to support them through a peak period.
This role is to start ASAP and will be working until the end of November 2025.
This position is working from home (with ideally one day a week in the London Bridge office). Working hours 9am - 5pm - flexibility on working hours and office working can be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Talent Partner
* Advert and vacancy management for circa 40-50 retail vacancies
* Sourcing high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods
* Coordinating the end-to-end process; pre-screening candidates, maintaining recruitment pipelines and arranging interviews where necessary
* Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers
* Offer first-class talent support to the company in a timely and efficient manner
Key Requirements:
* Ideally, a minimum of 6 months - 1 year of recruitment experience – working in a Recruitment Admin role covering a high volume of retail/store vacancies
* Exceptional communication skills – experience interviewing candidates
* Experience recruiting in a retail environment/sales/and commission-oriented roles will be highly beneficial
* All successful candidates must be available to start a role immediately or on short notice and be able to commit to the length of the contract
* Tech-savvy - confident in picking up new ATS systems and Excel use
