Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Achieve agreed sales targets for new BMW vehicles within set financial guidelines.
* Engage with customers, capture key contact details, and follow up within 24 hours to provide a first-class buying experience.
* Contribute to innovation – Play an active role in shaping sales strategies, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency.
* Maintain full compliance with all financial and FCA regulations.
Your profile
* Proven sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Strong presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure, particularly when working to tight deadlines.
* An enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-orientated personality.
* Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
* Weekend working required – one weekend on, one weekend off.
* IT literate – knowledge of MS Office & CRM systems preferred.
